Your personal sovereignty not only concerns the political self, but extends to the spirit, and beyond! There is so much talk in today’s world about political sovereignty, and how people can guarantee or enact their own personal sovereignty, but please be mindful of the fact that our sovereignty as a concept (and reality) transcends merely the mundane, political realm and is a defining factor of our being in all of the realms or aspects of our being that we occupy, including:

  • Physical
  • Emotional
  • Mental
  • Spiritual/Religious
  • Energetic
  • Etheric
  • Causal

How to Attain Spiritual Sovereignty

So, it’s important that we employ the idea of sovereignty, or “self-governing entity” in all of these aspects that make up our being-ness. The spiritual and religious one is key, as so many millions and even billions of individuals casually and thoughtlessly hand over their spiritual sovereignty to organizations and institutions that routinely subvert or exploit said sovereignty, and call it “religious counsel” or “spiritual guidance” but which amounts to the idea of the nanny state, there to hold the child’s hand and lead them down the primrose path to…

We can all do spiritual sovereignty exercises on a daily basis, such as mantras, or affirmations. These may include just saying something like, “I AM that I AM protected at all times and in all directions from evil or harmful intent.” Chanting the Nam Myoho Renge Kyo is also a powerful way to declare your spiritual sovereignty. This is a “high consciousness” chant which will also help unlock your highest potential, and spiritual healthfulness. I have a whole series of mantras which I do daily that keep me centered and NOT exploited, or vulnerable to attacks from dark ones who don’t like us shining our light and blinding them. Be creative and come up with your own mantras – this is a great way to also declare your spiritual sovereignty!

I find as well that these powerful proclamations, as I also call them, are very nearly the most powerful thing one can do to establish the sovereign status of their spirit and self. But, there are many ways we can declare our personal and spiritual sovereignty, which include how we act in all walks of life, who we associate with, and our general mindfulness and attitude as we walk amongst those who would denigrate our radiance and divinity!
